Will COVID-19 affect my Bent LA order?
We are not currently experiencing any delays. We are also maintaining high standards and proper hygiene while packaging your bags. Rest assured your bag will get to you quickly and safely.

How does it look from inside?
The inside of The Backpack is fully lined with internal pockets.
The inside of our other bags are the beautiful, professionally stitched, backside of the outer leather. Contact us for pictures!
What are PreOrder Items?
Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a Pre-Order item you will be among the first to reserve a product. Estimated time frames are indicated on the product detail page and may take several weeks, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated. For updates regarding your Pre-Order, please contact us
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders for items cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns section.

Which shipping options are available and what do they cost?
Bent LA offers complimentary standard shipping inside the United States. You can also purchase expedited shipping. This cost will be calculated at checkout.
For international orders, a $30 shipping charge will be included at checkout.
With standard shipping your bag will arrive 2-6 business days, while expedited shipping will take 1-3 business days.
